UC/CSU A-G Admission Requirements
Students must complete the following coursework with a C or better and have an overall GPA of at least 3.0 in grades 10 and 11 for UC campuses (2.0 GPA required for CSU). SAT or ACT is also required.
A - 2 years of History/Social Studies
one year of World History and one year of US History or one
semester of US History and one semester of American Government
B - 4 years of English
C - 3 years of Math (4 years recommended)
Algebra I, Geometry, Algebra II
D - 2 years of Lab Science (3 years recommended)
Biology, and either Chemistry or Physics
E - 2 years of a Foreign Language (3 years recommended)
F - 1 year of Visual/Performing Arts
G - 1 year of a College Prep Elective

California Community College Admission Requirements
Completion of a High School Diploma. There is no specific coursework or GPA necessary for community college admission and the SAT/ACT is not required.
NCAA Eligibility Requirements
Includes a minimum SAT/ACT score depending upon GPA (2.3 minimum). See www.eligiblitycenter.org for more information on Division I and Division II requirements.
4 years of English
3 years of Math (Algebra 1 or higher)
2 years of Science (1 year must be a lab science)
1 additional year of English, Math or Science
2 years of Social Science
4 additional year-long courses in the above areas including Foreign Language
