Girls Volleyball Advance to Semi-Final

On the road Saturday night, the Girls volleyball team traveled to Loma Linda Academy to take on the Roadrunners in Division 3A CIF action.

The girls struggled throughout the night and with it’s hand-full of fans and parent support, giving it their all.  They lost the first game 21-25, but came back to win the second game 25-22 and eaked out a victory in the third game 26-24.  The girls again had some trouble handling the tremendous hits from the Roadrunners and staying out of the net, but found a way to take the fourth game 25-20 and forced a deciding fifth game.

The Bulldogs dug deep and jumped out to 4-1 and then to an 8-6 lead.  From their, it was the Dog's House as the girls rattled off 7 points to 2 and won the last game 15-8 and advanced to the CIF Semi-Final game this Tuesday night at 7:00 p.m. at Woodcrest Christian School, just off Van Buren Avenue on the way to Riverside.
