Change to Grad Night 2020/ Ticket Refund Information

Dear Parents/Guardians of Seniors,
As you have heard by now, the traditional Grad Night Celebration is changing up a bit this year. Due
to the gym being under renovation this Spring/Summer we will be unable to host the traditional Grad
Night Celebration here on campus. The Grad Night Committee had been in full swing of planning this
event when we were notified a few weeks back of the renovation dates and the inability to have
access to the gym. Since the celebration will be happening off campus under the direction of ASB
we will be refunding all tickets previous purchased. To keep funds organized for our purpose and the
schools we will be issuing checks for purchased tickets and then tickets to the off-campus celebration
can be purchased through the ASB office.
We are asking students that have purchased their tickets to either print this letter or pick up a copy of
this form from ASB, fill out the bottom portion and return it to Cheryl Ramirez in ASB. We would like
to do this as soon as possible so you have those funds to apply to the new tickets. Checks will be
available to pick up from the ASB office starting Monday, February 24, 2020.
