This site has EXCELLENT step-by-step online lessons of various math (& science) topics for nearly every topic taught in a high school mathematics classroom. Plus, they are FREE! Students who are absent from their math classes should find out what topic they miss and then watch the Khan video that corresponds to that lesson.
Click on the link to watch the PowerPoint presentations that correspond to each lesson. Select the TOPIC, not the CHAPTER, that we are studying. Watch them over and over for fun!

Hemet High School is implementing the common core state standards in several of our mathematics classes this year. The common core state standards are rigorous and require in-depth content knowledge. Students must be able to solve math problems and JUSTIFY their answers. There are also more real-world application problems. For more information, please click on the link.

These notes come from a professor at Lamar University in Texas. The notes are really good and cover a variety of topics from Algebra 2 through AP Calculus BC. There are also practice problems to try. Use this great resource to brush up on weak areas or reinforce topics you are currently studying!
