Congratulations to Keith Werts, the Faculty Focus Friday employee for high schools! Keith currently serves Hemet High as a 1:1 instructional aide for one of our students. He has a long history of working with special needs students ranging from his time spent in Philadelphia to his most recent position as a case manager at a local non-profit. Keith's calm demeanor, sense of humor, and compassion have been noted by staff and the parents of those he serves. These characteristics also lend themselves well in his ability to build rapport with all stakeholders. Though Keith has been with Hemet Unified just this year, he has already proven himself to be an important member of our school team. Keith asked to include the following: “I owe a debt of thanks to my teacher, Mr. Terriquez, and my fellow IBIAs I work with. They’ve helped me immensely since I’ve started here.” Thank you, Keith, for your humility and relentless dedication to our students and our school!
