Dear Parents/Guardians,
Greetings from Hemet High School! I trust this invitation will bring about your attendance and participation in an upcoming personalized activity on campus.
The occasion is our Annual Parent Conference Program scheduled for Thursday, September 29, 2016 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. This is a “drop in” type opportunity in that you can participate in any time during the two-hour window of time depending upon your personal schedule. Please keep in mind, however, that we will conclude all conferences by the 8:00 ending time. The focal point of the activity is to provide you with an opportunity to chart and discuss the academic progress of your son/daughter over the initial grading period of the first semester. We ask that you limit your conferences to no longer than five minutes in order to permit all parents opportunity to meet with the staff. Arrangements can be made at the time of the conference on September 29th to meet during the teacher’s regularly scheduled conference/planning hour at a mutually arranged future date should a continuation of the conference be necessary.
Most teachers will be available and arranged alphabetically in the gymnasium with waiting chairs positioned in front of each faculty member. This will help you to quickly locate teachers with whom you wish to conference. Our administrative and counseling staff will also be available to serve you and will be located in the center of the gymnasium.
We trust that you will approve of this personalized one-on-one setting in which to meet with teachers and gain insights as to where you, as parent/guardian, might assist in the development and academic growth for your student. We look forward to seeing and speaking with you on the 29th and thank you for your continued support and partnership in education.
